The Annual Meeting of 2015 for Trauson Marketing and Sales Center was Successfully Held in Macau

Trauson Marketing and Sales Center held its annual meeting on Jan 29th, 2016 in Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel at Sands Cotai Central. The bad weather didn’t affect our whole sales elites’ forward steps to the meeting as well as our special guests, dealer representatives and our sales backbones from all around the country.

President, Stryker Asia, Brent Scott, GM of Trauson Dr. Aiguo Wang and GM of Trauson Marketing and Sales Center Jiakang Chen delivered important speeches during the meeting. They comprehensively summarized Trauson Marketing and Sales Center’s achievements of 2015 on all lines and clearly deployed the key projects for reformation and upgrade of 2016.

 

Brent Scott introduced Stryker’s values and reviewed Stryker’s development in 2015 at the meeting. He fully affirmed our achievements, highly recognized the efforts made by our marketing team. He wished Trauson could achieve more in 2016.

 

Our GM Aiguo Wang summed up 2015 with four emotional words, challenge, hope, struggle and gratitude. Given our unprecedented achievements in 2015, GM Aiguo Wang hope that the whole staff of Trauson Marketing and Sales Center will continue to carry forward their spirit of “to struggle to win” for a brand new development and a qualitative leap.

General Manager of Trauson Marketing and Sales Center Jiakang Chen delivered important report about the sustainable growth by new reformation. The report elaborated the changes of the organization structure of Trauson Marketing and Sales Center, the future strategic business guideline, key strategic measures and other development policies.

 

Mr. Chen pointed out that our strategic guideline was “close to the terminal and lean to the terminal”. In terms of the strategic guideline, he stressed the terminal was our real customer. He explicitly stated that the dealers were our reliable business partners for mutual development in that we developed and maintained customers’ loyalty to Trauson products together.

 

He clearly indicated new responding measures will be carried out in all respects for marketing resources’ maximum lean to the terminal. And these new policies would be reflected on the organization structure, marketing models and orientation, market management method, customer serving model, bidding strategy and etc.

Meanwhile, Mr. Chen proposed the following strategic deployment to Sales Dept., Marketing Dept., Dealers Management Dept., Customer Service Dept. and Commercial Dept.

 

1.Continue to increase our connection with the terminal.

 

2.Improve and promote our new marketing orientation by sales performance assessment.

 

3.Transfer the focus of Marketing Dept. on customer education and training.

 

4.Improve the governance method of our business partners.

 

5.Carry out improvement approaches to Customer Service Dept. and Commercial Dept.
